Day 1 - BFRT Training

Ok, so first you have to put on the cuffs. I put on all four, arms and legs. Why? Well, it can't hurt! If you get results from one cuff, amplifying those results cannot be too bad.

Ok, so i forgot to tell you how BFRT works.

It's simple. Done properly, BFRT activates the body's natural abilty to heal itself, build strength, and add muscle.

BFRT is not an exercise product like a dumbbell, it is a circulatory or endocrine system hack. Do it right, and your body will respond by releasing growth hormone (GH), insulin growth factor (IGF1), and down-regulating your myostatin.

Studies show that the only other way to active this system is with high intensity interval training, and if you don't know what that is, you are in for a treat.

Imagine going "all out" for a short period, then inserting a short period of lower intensity for a little bit longer, then doing that over, and over, and over. Then imaging lifting extremely heavy the same way.

With BFRT, if you occlude properly, you only need to add 20% to 30% of your one-rep max (1RM). So the fact is, with BFRT, you not only work out in less time, but you do it without damaging those poor joints!. Your 60 year-old self will thank you.
