PLACEMENT

Attach the buckle to the hook. Pull the loose end of the strap "snug"

SLIDE the CUFF into position: High in the armpit or groin.

Place second brillo down on strap and fold excess strap onto brillo
ADJUSTMENT

To tighten - rotate clockwise -follow the guidelines for the leg and the arm

To loosen - lift dial, rotate counter clockwise holding onto dial, push dial down to lock.
