Rotate clockwise 2 revolutions for legs, 1 revolution for arms to "0"

Calibrate your cuff

Place your cuff

Place strap around upper arm/upper leg in the exact position shown on the image. Dial facing forward. RockCuff logo facing inward.

Attach buckle to hook.jpg

Attach the buckle to the hook. Pull the loose end of the strap "snug"

Place brillo on strap.png

Set the loose strap with the brillo (the brillo detaches for proper placement)

Fold strap over brillo - press.png

Fold strap onto brillo and press

Place second brillo.png

Place second brillo down on strap and fold excess strap onto brillo

To tighten - rotate clockwise -follow the guidelines for the leg and the arm

To loosen - lift dial, rotate counter clockwise holding onto dial, push dial down to lock.

Adjus your cuff

Remove your cuff

Pull cuff away from limb
