🗣️ "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."– Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

Think you know what high-intensity really means? 🤔

💥 High-Intensity Defined:

  • 💓 80%-95% max heart rate

  • 📈 ≥ 90% VO2Max (hard to measure)

  • 🏃‍♂️ ≥ 90% of max running speed

  • 🔥 7-8/10 exertion level

  • 💪 Push muscles to fatigue

  • ⏱️ 20 to 90-second intense bursts

  • 🔋 Strong motivation required

  • 😓 Very fatiguing – Hard to Very Hard rate of perceived fatigue

  • 💪 80% of max weight, 12 reps, multiple sets in 15 mins

  •

But is HI right for you? Not everyone can tolerate it long-term. That’s where OSx Training (BFRT+LI) comes in, offering similar gains to HI with less risk of injury, in less time, less effort, and superior benefits to moderate-intensity exercise.

OSx by RockCuff: Safe, simple, effective. 🏋️‍♂️
