The new FitSport by RockCuff is our entry-level BFR cuff, designed for individuals who want a simple, affordable way to incorporate Blood Flow Restriction Training into their regular fitness routine.
 
FitSport combines RockCuff’s calibrated, nonpneumatic design with an internal gel layer engineered to improve the interface between the cuff and the limb. The gel conforms to the body, provides cushioning and helps distribute pressure more evenly for a secure, comfortable fit during exercise.
 
With a duty rating of 5–6 uses per week, FitSport is ideal for strength training, walking, cycling, rehabilitation exercises and general fitness.
